LBS CONSTRUCTION & DEV'T. CORPORATION, is owned and managed by Filipino-Chinese incorporators.  The corporation is engaged in all aspects of general construction such as repair and maintenance on buildings, telecommunication facilities, roads, highways, railroad, bridges, towers, installations of underground cables, aerial cables, water works, earthworks, including  design estimate appraisals, supervision, and/or other aspects which may be necessary, advisable, or convenient for the furtherance and attainment of the main purpose.
   
In recent years, LBS concentrated on the construction of cellular sites for the GLOBE Telecom Inc. Phases 9 & 10 Projects, 11 and  12.  Presently, the company is being tapped by GLOBE Telecom to supply towers and implement civil works
   
To date, it has expanded its capability by establishing joint venture undertaking with foreign principals in Hongkong and China. Nanhai Hepa Electric Apparatus Co. Ltd and Kenbotong Communication Ltd based in China, which supplies various telecommunications and infrastructure hardware and supplies. LBS  has embarked on tower design and manufacturing partnership with Goldeed Development Ltd. which had been supplying the various tower requirements for Globe Telecoms Project.
